Unit 8  Detective stories Integrated skills & Study skills设计说明首先复习Reading中涉及的谋杀案，根据几个话题复述课文。然后用图片呈现生词kidnapping,导入本课时的绑架案，根据所给的记录了解一些信息，然后根据所听的会话完成一系列任务，由此内容展开说的练习，让学生谈论自己如何保护自己，使自己免受犯罪活动的伤害。最后利用练习来复习巩固本节课知识。教学目标通过本课时的教学，让学生达成以下目标：1.知识目标掌握单词和短语: kidnapping, wealth, prison, kidnap, safety, lock, shut, guard, in prison, guard against sth.。2.能力目标(1) 能够听懂有关警察询问犯罪嫌疑人的录音,训练学生听说的技能，逐步掌握听力技巧；(2) 能够根据信息写出关于绑架案的报告；(3) 能够谈论安全防范措施。3.情感目标树立安全防范意识，具备自我保护能力。重点难点重点:掌握单词和短语，听懂材料，获取信息。难点:灵活使用生词和短语。教学准备PPT 课件；相关图片。授课时数1课时教学过程Step 1  Revision Talk about the murder case in West Town.
