Module 2　My home town and my countryUnit 3　Language in use设计说明本单元是复习单元，主要复习单音节形容词和部分双音节形容词比较级的规则变化及用法。因内容较多，应把教学环节安排的紧凑合理，能优化的就尽量优化。让学生朗读教材上Language practice中的句子，和学生一起总结单音节形容词和部分双音节形容词比较级的规则变化及其用法，通过活动1、2、3的训练题目，加强学生对形容词比较级的运用能力。通过活动4、5、6的训练，让学生进一步掌握本模块所学的单词和短语。通过活动7训练学生的听力。“世界各地”讲述了美国华盛顿，让学生了解不同国家的地区。教学目标通过本单元的教学，让学生达成以下目标：1.知识目标(1)复习巩固本模块所学的生词和短语。(2)复习巩固单音节形容词和部分双音节形容词比较级的规则变化及用法。2.能力目标能运用形容词比较级来谈论两个地方。3.情感目标学生感受祖国的地域辽阔，培养爱国主义情感。重点难点重点：单音节形容词和部分双音节形容词比较级的规则变化及用法难点：运用比较级来对两个场所进行比较教学准备PPT课件；活动7的录音授课时数1课时教学过程Step 1　Warming upAsk the students to observe the sentences in Language practice. Help them sum up the grammar.形容词比较级1. 形容词比较级的构成 构成方法原级比较级单音节和少数双音节一般在词尾加-ercoldcolder以字母e结尾的加-rnicenicer重读闭音节结尾，且末尾只有一个辅音字母，要先双写这个辅音字母，再加-erbigbigger以辅音字母+y结尾的，把y改i，再加-erbusybusier形容词的比较级的不规则变化原级 比较级good/well bettermany/much morebad/ill worselittle lessold older/elderfar farther/further2. 形容词比较级的用法：(1)两者进行比较时： A + be+ 形容词比较级 + than + B.  Mike is older than Tom.迈克比汤姆大。(2)两者之间选择性比较： Which/Who +be+形容词比较级，A or B ? Who is taller, Tom or Mike?汤姆和迈克谁更高？(3)比较级前可以用much，far，a lot，a little，even等来修饰。  He is a little fatter than me.他比我胖一点儿。Step 3　Practice1.
