Unit 3 My weekend plan第四课时Part B Let's try & Let's talk教学目标 知识目标:能听、说、认读单词space, travel, half和price;能运用句型“Where are you going?” “What are you going to ...?”“When are you going?”来讨论近期的活动计划。2.能力目标:能运用所学的句型询问他人近期的活动安排。3.情感目标:培养学生小组合作学习的意识。教学重点熟练运用“Where are you going?” “What are you going to ...?”“When are you going?”进行问答。教学难点能熟练运用be going to结构谈论近期的活动安排。教学准备课件、录音和相关视频。 教学过程批注Step 1 Warm-up&Revision借用歌曲热身,激发学生兴趣,复习上节课所学重点词汇和句型,为后面的学习做好铺垫。播放本单元教材配套的歌曲“What are you going to do?”,学生一起唱。复习上课所学单词和句型,老师提问,学生根据图片回答问题。 T: Where are you going? Ss: I’m going to the bookstore. T: What are you going to buy? Ss: I’m going to buy a word book. Step 2 Presentation&Practice 通过问题引导学生预测听力内容,培养学生良好的听前预测习惯。 通过呈现图片,引导学生观察图片,预测即将学习的对话内容,培养学生的逻辑思维能力。观看对话视频后回答问题,检验学生对对话细节的理解。 B. Let’s try课件呈现John和Amy相遇的情景,导入新课。 T: John is on his way home. He sees Amy. What are they talking about? Listen and answer.学生先浏览题干,提前预测听力重点内容。Q1: What is Amy going to do? Q2: Is the ice cream for John?老师播放录音,学生完成Let’s try部分的习题。老师再次播放录音,学生跟读。然后老师引导学生在听力原文中 找出关键信息。 T: Is the ice cream for John? Ss: No, it’s for Jack. T: Who is Jack? Ss: It’s John’s cousin.B.Let’s talk1. 课件呈现John和Jack的人物图片,引导学生猜测对话内容。 T: This is John's cousin, Jack. What are they going to do?2. Watch and answer.学生先浏览题干,预测对话重点内容。播放视频,学生根据对话内容回答问题。Q1: Where are John and Jack going next week?S1: They're going to the cinema.Q2: What are they going to do? S2: They're going to see a film about space travel.Q3: When are they going?S3: Next Tuesday.Listen and repeat.播放录音,学生跟读对话。然后老师引导学生理解单词“space travel”,“half price”。Language points.老师讲解语法点。( where和when引导的be going to结构的特殊疑问句;why not+动词原形的句型。)Role play.教师将学生分为两组,分角色朗读对话。学生上台表演对话。Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 由机械训练递进到学生根据自己的情况进行对话练习,巩固本课所学重点词汇和句型,提高学生的语言综合运用能力。 Read the text again and fill in the table. 根据课文内容,用特殊疑问词who, where, what, when补全表格。 Let’s talk.根据表格内容,老师用“be going to”结构的特殊疑问句提问。 T: Where are John and Jack going? S1: They are going to the cinema. T: What are they going to do there? S2: They are going to see a film. T: When are they going? S3: Next Tuesday.课件呈现图片,学生用“be going to”结构的特殊疑问句提问并做出回答。请学生采访一位同学,然后将该同学的计划记录在P26的表格上。Read and fill in the blanks. 学生根据Let’s talk的对话内容,补全短文。Exercise. 根据所给问句选择正确的答语。Step 4 Summary&Homework 小结:师生共同回顾本课时有关问答近期活动安排的句型。作业:1. 背诵Let's talk部分的课文。2. 完成本课时对应的练习。教学反思本课学习了疑问词what、where、when在一般将来时be going to结构中的用法,利用三组句型谈论近期的活动安排,让学生大量地练习对话,并在接近真实的情景里运用对话,提高学生的语言综合运用能力。板书设计Unit 3 My weekend plan第四课时Where are you going?What are you going to do there?When are you going?
