A Youth Volunteer Activity Celebrating World Water Day

To mark World Water Day, which falls annually on March 22, the Students’ Union of our school organized a publicity campaign in the downtown area last Sunday morning.

Exhibition boards were set up showcasing water’s critical importance to human survival and prosperity, as well as China’s progress in water resource protection and water pollution prevention and control. Youth volunteers also distributed leaflets to the passers-by, popularizing knowledge about how to save water in everyday life.

The campaign has not only enhanced people’s awareness of water conservation and protection, but also further added our sense of social responsibility and historic mission.

M: It’s great that you’ve volunteered to help the animals at this shelter. We really rely on people like you as we’re a charity and don’t make much money. The money we do raise all goes on the animals.

M: Well, to start with, we need to clean the animals. I’m afraid it’s all a bit messy, so I hope you don’t mind getting your clothes dirty.

I represent a group of American universities. We are looking for the best sports men and women in various sports fields who are willing to go to universities. They will improve their talents, learn new life skills, and generally have the time of their lives. 一、评分说明

1. 评分原则：

本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。

2. 评分标准：立意积极、情节合理、语言水平及风格（语言风格与前文一致）、书写美观。

三个逻辑一致原则：续写部分与所给短文之间的逻辑；续写两段内容之间的逻辑；续写部分与所给开头语之间的逻辑。

3. 评分程序:

阅读第1遍：根据续写总体情节及重点内容描写，初步确定所属档次。

阅读第2遍：根据写作语言（修辞、句式、词汇等），确定或调整档次。
