1. 在语言活动中理解并能运用resolution,team, foreign, make the soccer team, take guitar lessons等词汇表达自己的新年决心和实现目标的方式。
2. 通过活动及交流，能体会并认识生活和学习目标的重要性，以及如何利用正确合理的方式来实现自己的目标。

team /tiːm / n. 队；组

team 是集合名词，作主语时，如果侧重指整体，谓语动词用单数形式；如果侧重指个体，谓语动词用复数形式。类似用法的词还有family, couple 等。

e.g. The team isn’t playing very well this season.

这支队伍本赛季表现不佳。

Our team train hard to win the match.

我们队的队员们为赢得比赛刻苦训练。

(2)  Sounds interesting.

sound /saʊnd/ v. 听起来

e.g. His words sound reasonable. 他的话听起来合理。

That sounds like a fun way to practice writing.

那听起来是一个有趣的练习写作的方法。

I like listening to the sound of the rain. 我喜欢听雨声。

(3)  I’m going to learn another foreign language.

foreign /'fɒrən/, /'fɔːrən/ adj. 外国的

e.g. It’s a good way to learn a foreign language by listening and speaking.

通过听说来学习一门外语是个好方法。

Now many students want to study in foreign countries.

现在许多学生想在外国学习。

foreign 在句中可作定语，没有比较级和最高级形式。

语境串记：

There are many foreigners （n. 外国人）speaking different foreign languages in Beijing. 在北京有许多讲不同外语的外国人。
