This online concert is absolutely fantastic. Featuring music of different genres and performers of various styles, this online concert captured all viewers' heart. Though being held online, we could still feel the elegance of traditional Chinese music, the solemnness of the British chorus and the enthusiasm of the audience as they bombed the forum area with loving emojis such as applause, kisses and flowers.
Being fully present throughout the two-hour concert, I felt my soul was purified and my spirits were lifted as never had I been exposed to such an exquisite music performance.
The performance would be elevated to a higher level if the sounding and lighting equipment of some performers could be improved.

One day in the trees, Squirt met up with a family of gray squirrels. Squealing in ecstasy, never had Squirt acted so delightfully in his life. He bounced up and down in the trees as if announcing to the whole world that he had found his own pack. In return, the squirrel family, especially the young, welcomed Squirt by licking his fur and tickling his belly. Soon, they chased after each other in the twigs and branches. At the sight of this, Kaytlin said, half joking and half serious, that Squirt would soon become wild, to which we all responded with a sad smile. In the following days, Squirt hanged out a lot with his newly made friends and came back to us increasingly late.
One night, Squirt didn't come back to our house and it rained hard. "Squirt, Squirt." Our kids yelled continuously into the pouring rain, but there was still no sign of Squirt. Desperate, our whole family put on our raincoat, took out our torchlight and combed different corners of our yard. Suddenly, Kaytlin cried out in front of a tree hole, "He is here!" Rushing over, we found that Squirt was snuggling together with the young cub squirrels, sound asleep. "Maybe it's time to let him go." Kaytlin said in a choking voice. Squeezing her hands, my husband and I nodded and said gently, "We know it's hard to part." Indeed, life through our kids' eyes is full of happiness and sorrow, but anyway, they discover their own world of love with the company of a nearly domesticated squirrel named Squirt.

M: Hello, Phil Morris speaking. How can l help you?
W: Hi, Phil, it's Andrea here from Red Band. I'm calling about our latest order. I need a favour.
M: A favour? What do you need?
W: This is a little, er ... different, but I need an extension on the payment terms. I know they're
usually 30 days, but we're having some cash flow problems. You'd really be helping us out if you could extend it to 60 days.
M: I'm not sure if l can do that. Andrea. We've got regulations at our end, and also have to manage
our own cash flow.
W: I promise this won't happen, Phil. Actually, I also want to place another new order.
M: I see. So your cash flow problem will be solved after this new order is delivered.
W: Exactly.
M: That sounds good. I think we can make an exception this time.
W: That's great, Phil. I appreciate your help.
M: And we appreciate your business, Andrea. It works both ways.
W: Thanks again,Phil. Can you send me a quick email confirmation of the payment terms
extension?
M: Sure, no problem. We're happy to help you.
W: Great. And I'll email you the new order.
M: Thanks. I’ll keep an eye out for it. Talk to you soon.
W: You too, Goodbye.

We saw the ad in the summer, in about July, I think, but we weren't really serious about moving then so we didn't even go and see it. It wasn't until November when they readvertised it that we got in touch with the agency and had a look. They'd put the price down since the summer too, I suppose because it had been empty so long, so that made it more affordable for us which helped us make up our minds. It was perfect - a bigger garden for the kids and enough space for an office. In winter it was lovely, very warm, in fact, which is important to me as I really feel the cold, whereas my husband will open a window when it's minus temperatures outside! Anyway, in July when summer really started and we had that heatwave, we understood why no one had wanted to rent it over summer. It was boiling! All those lovely big windows that made the flat so light and open were like a greenhouse as soon as it got warmer. From about 8 in the morning until 7 in the evening, it was like living in a sauna! We couldn't stand being at home, and weekends were especially bad. No air conditioning, of course. If only we'd gone to see it when it was first advertised in July, we'd never have moved in!
