She is washing the dishes.Step6 StructureSubject + be+doing For example:He is reading a newspaper.Step7 Present participle1. Generally, we add- ing directly after the verbs. ( do-doing)2. For verbs ending in the silent letter"e", we remove "e" and add- ing.(dance-dancing)3.  A verb that ends in a stressed closed syllable when there is only one consonant at the end. We can double write this consonant and add- ing. (run-running)
