Period Five　Writing—Writing about a diving experience

本单元的写作目标是“写一次潜水经历”。可以通过以下三个部分来进行写作：

第一部分：你做了什么；

第二部分：你看到了什么；

第三部分：你的感受是怎样的。

假如你是李华，一直对海底世界非常感兴趣，一天你参加了一个潜水活动。请根据下面的提示介绍你的这次潜水经历。

1．潜水前你做了充分的准备；

2．在海底你看到了很多美好的东西；

3．这次潜水带给你的感受。

注意：

1．词数80左右；

2．可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

审题

写作要求是介绍自己的一次潜水经历。写作时应注意下面几点：

1．确定文体：这是一篇记叙文，写作中应注意记叙文的几大要素。

2．主体时态：文章应以一般过去时为主。

3．主体人称：由于是介绍自己的潜水经历，所以人称应该以第一人称为主。

谋篇

第一段：介绍自己潜水前的准备以及在海底的活动。

第二段：介绍自己在海底看到的事物。

第三段：表达自己的感受。

They didn’t mind my swimming around them，which was obvious.

句式升级

1．用定语从句改写句1

The main purpose of my holiday to Greece was to go diving，which became the most exciting thing I had ever done.

2．用非谓语动词改写句2

I read a lot of tips about diving，making me more confident about myself.

3．用非谓语动词改写句3

Under the sea，the first thing I became aware of was all the vivid colors surrounding me.

4．用it作形式主语改写句4

It was obvious that they didn’t mind my swimming around them.

用适当的过渡词语，把以上词汇和句式，再加上联想内容，组成一篇80词左右的英语短文。
