【题型分析与写作方法】

题型分析：

       在生活中，人们通常用写投诉信的方式解决消费利益受损、正常生活和工作受到干扰等问题。投诉信与普通书信的格式基本相同。但要注意的是，写投诉信的目的是解决问题而不是泄愤，因此写信时一定要注意态度诚恳、直截了当。

投诉信通常包括以下几个方面的内容：说明投诉的原因并表示遗憾；实事求是地陈述事情发生的经过，切记不要夸大其词；指出问题引发的后果，提出批评及处理的意见或敦促对方采取措施，或者提出所希望的赔偿以及补救方式。

写作方法：

       首段：注意客观礼貌。a. 自我介绍；b. 引出投诉内容；c. 表明目的要求。

主体：展开陈述投诉原因、具体理由或后果，注意内容充实，符合交际习惯。

a. 详细说明情况，中肯地提出问题；b. 提出改进建议，表明希望如何解决；c. 拓  展题目内容，尤其要强调问题不解决所带来的后果。

尾段：表达希望问题得到解决的意愿，注意态度客观、有礼貌。

a. 表达强烈愿望，希望上述问题得到迅速恰当的解决；b. 有时可就问题的解决限 定时间；c. 对有关人员的努力表示感谢；d. 希望尽快得到令人满意的答复。

道歉信

【题型分析与写作方法】

题型分析：

      道歉信的目的是向收信人表达歉意，请求对方谅解自己的某种过失。道歉信通常包括以下内容：表示歉意，道歉的原因，出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施，请求原谅。

写作方法：

首段：陈述写信意图，对某事表示歉意。

主体段落：说明道歉的具体原因，应展开。在主体段落中，写信人应当在陈述理由时照顾读信人的感受，切忌强词夺理。

结尾段：再次表明歉意，请求收信人的谅解。还可以建议对自己的过失采取何种补救措施。
