Unit 10 Is he a farmer? 【Period 3】【教学目标】(一)语言目标:1.语音:了解字母Mm在单词中的发音.2.词汇:能初步运用B部分的词汇;能理解drinks, eat, milk的意思,并能跟读模仿.3.句型:能熟练运用“Is he a soldier?”,“Yes, he is. /No, he isn't.”,“Is she a nurse? Yes, she is. /No, she isn't.”,谈论他人职业.能理解、掌握“What's Mary?”.(二)应用目标:1.能熟练运用本单元词汇和句型谈论他人职业.2.能熟练认读自己所制作的迷你小书上的单词和句子,并在班上展示汇报.3.能诵读歌谣并体验字母Mm在单词中的读音.【教学重难点】重点:本单元词汇和句型的综合运用.难点:歌谣的诵读.【教学准备】职业单词卡片、九张名字卡片、教学图片、教学音频、教学动画等,(有条件的学校可利用幻灯片、多媒体课件)【教学过程】I. 热身/复习(Warn-up / Revision)1.Let's chant.Work and play,Work and play,In the classroom everyday.Work and play,Work and play,We have fun everyday.(教师可先与一名学生边拍手边说歌谣示范,然后与学生一起说唱)2.Guess, guess, guess(根据关键词猜测职业)游戏规则:教师慢慢出示关键词,并用简单的句子进行描述,学生用“Is he/she ... ”进行猜测,如学生在出示第一个关键词时就猜对则所在组就加上3分;如在出示第二个关键词时猜对则加2分;在出示第三个关键词时猜对则加上1分.T: His overcoat is white. He helps sick people, when we need his help, we can call 120. What's he?(1) (2) (3)II. 学中学(Let's learn to learn)1.教师播放Little Fox系列故事之The artist.让学生整体感知artist, draw.2.学生学说“I'm an artist. I can draw. ”.3.教师边做动作,边演说本部分内容.T: Hello, everyone! I'm an artist I can draw.(在黑板上随意画一幅简笔画)Look! This is my picture.(带读)How nice it is! Thank you. Goodbye!4.T: I can draw, can you draw? What can you draw? I can draw...S1: I can draw a fish.T: Good, please come here and draw a fish. What color is your fish? How nice it is(学生模仿学说 How nice it is!)(S1/ S2/ S3...)T: Great, you are great artists. Now please take out your paper and pencil. Draw something you like, OK?5.T: Is this your picture? How nice it is! Please come to the front and be a good speaker.(请学生带作品上台演说)III. 歌谣演练(Let's chant)1.教师出示字母卡片Mm,或在黑板上写出字母Mm,让学生读,随后教师示范m在单词中的读音,让学生模仿.2.教师出示图片.T: Who's he?Ss: He's Mike.T: Who's she?Ss: She's Mary.T: What's this?Ss: Mango, milk(带读milk)3.教师边做动作边说drinks, eats, 让学生跟着模仿,引导学生理解这两个词的意思.然后教师说单词,学生做动作,教师做动作,学生说单词,进行巩固.4.学生看视频或听音频并模仿跟读.5.分组朗读后全班齐读.6.让学生试着读出下列自编歌谣:(1)Morning, morning. (2)Mommy, mommy,What's your name? Come to me.My name is Tim. Have some milk.My name is Tom. Have some tea.IV. 趣味活动(Let's have fun)1.教师出示自制转盘,让学生认读转盘上的单词.2.在转动转盘前,教师要求学生准备纸、笔.学生每次可选择两个单词.T: What's he? Guess and write down your answers.3.转动转盘,转盘停止后看指针指向哪个单词,选中的学生可继续游戏,最后看谁是赢家.4.教师在四线格中示范teacher, doctor的书写,让学生用手指书空.5.学生临摹、书写单词.V. 主题任务(Task)1.请几名学生展示自己的家庭作业——迷你小书,边展示边读给全班同学听.2.选出图片精美且书写工整的迷你小书挂在班级英语角的位置,作为自编英语阅读资源供全班学习.VI. 拓展阅读(Extensive reading)CoatsCoats tell us many things.Some coats tell us the weather is cold.Some coats tell us it is time to play a game.Some coats tell us the doctor is here.Some coats tell us to be careful.Some coats tell us it is raining outside.Some coats tell us a fire is near.Some coats tell us it is raining outside.Some coats tell us to play close attention.Some coats tell us Daddy is home.【作业布置】1.听音频,复习E部分词汇,说唱歌谣.2.复习第八和第九单元.3.自编歌谣.
