when用作连词,“当……时”,用来引导时间状语从句。在when引导的时间状语从句中,主语是一般将来时,从句要用一般现在时表示将来。

(2) be sure + that从句,“肯定……;有 把握……”, 主句的主语一定是人,可以替换为 It is certain + that从句。
