Eleanor Love is a doctor in Virginia, USA. She uses a special way to brighten hospital stays. Love has always loved flowers. In 2016, she took a job working in a flower shop and found that flowers at weddings and some events often went to waste in the end. Two years after that, she went to study in a medical school and realized that flowers have the ability to lift people’s spirits. She then came up with the idea to give flowers to hospital patients.
Love started the project The Simple Sunflower in 2020. There are now 200 volunteers working on The Simple Sunflower. Up to now, Love and her team have given about 1,000 flower bouquets to patients. Although it is a simple act, the gift of flowers can have a great influence on patients. It makes the patients’ time in the hospital more comfortable and makes them less bored.
Love shared one of her experiences. The patient Sara felt upset and didn’t want to talk because of her serious heart illness. She had been in hospital for three weeks and it was a really long and difficult time for her. When Love brought her flowers, she was very surprised. Her face lit up and she started to tell Love stories about her family. The flowers really brightened her days.
Eleanor Love and her team turn waste into the gifts that can make a difference to those who need them most. What a beautiful way it is!

Most of us have made an exercise plan, but only a few can follow it. WebMD(an American website) has listed the following tips for making exercise a habit in your life.
1.Do activities you enjoy.
Remember, there's no rule that says you have to go to a sports centre or buy equipment like swimming suits. Many types of activities, such as push﹣up(俯卧撑), can be done whenever it is rainy or snowy.
2.Exercise after work.
Don't go home first. Few people are so motivated(有动力的) that they will go out again and exercise after they go home and change clothes.
3.Exercise even when you are tired.
Tiredness is not an excuse. While exercising, you breathe deeply and your body makes better use of the oxygen exchange. Then, you will feel energetic.
4.Notice that you are better than before.
It's great when your clothes fit better, you can lift heavier things or take exercise longer. There's something good too, like getting a good night's sleep or thinking more clearly.
5.Walk with a pedometer(计步器)
Not everyone can start out with 10,000steps a day. Use a pedometer, and find out your daily steps. And then, try your best to walk 300extra steps each day. Finally, you can reach 10,000steps a day.

70. their 71. careful 72. sunny 73. better 74. how 75. happily 76. for 77. pieces 78. because 79. never
be careful to仔细(注意);因此答案用care的形容词careful。
Bees like warm and bright places可知,蜜蜂喜欢温暖明亮的地方。
to attract是动词不定式,因此用how。learning how to attract bees学会如何吸引蜜蜂。
design a bee house for the bees to live.
several pieces of bamboo几片竹子。
句子bees prefer living close to the ground是解释了为什么把房子建的靠近地面的原因。所以用because。
故填never。

First, I always obey the traffic rules
In short, if we obey the rules and take care of ourselves, we will grow up safely and healthily.
Self-protection is one of the most important skills for teenagers. But how do I protect myself and grow up healthily? Now let me share my experiences and ideas with you.
First, I always obey the traffic rules and I never run the red light. When the traffic light is red, I won’t go until it turns green. I always cross the zebra walk because it’s safe. Second, I often eat healthily and safely. It’s important to eat more fruit and vegetables. Eating too much fast food will do harm to my body. Third, I never meet strangers alone, especially friends who I make on the Internet. At the same time if we are true friends, we should help each other.
What’s more, I’d like to give you some advice. Now summer is coming, it’s dangerous for us to swim alone, especially in deep lakes or river. So don’t do that.
In short, if we obey the rules and take care of ourselves, we will grow up safely and healthily.
