Step 1 Warming-up
1. Guide Ss to work in groups of four and introduce themselves to each other.

【设计意图】以小组为单位进行自我介绍的练习,帮助学生回顾之前的词汇和句型,同时激活课堂气氛,导入本堂课的主题。
Step 2 Pre-reading
1. Show the picture of Hermione, a character from the movie series Harry Potter. And help Ss to learn new words and phrases by showing her profile.
【设计意图】通过介绍学生熟悉的电影人物,引导学生初步感知人物介绍的要点,并在语境中引导学生学习新单词。
2. Guide Ss to look at the pictures and learn the new words and phrases.
