Unit 2 Ways to go to school第二课时Part A Let's try & Let's talk教学目标 知识目标:能听、说、认读单词Mrs和early;能够正确运用句子“How do you come to school?”询问别人的出行方式并能用句型“I come on foot/by...”进行回答;能正确区分频度副词usually,often和sometimes。2.能力目标:能结合所学的频度副词来回答出行方式。3.情感目标:教育学生在学习过程中要注意合作,互帮互助。教学重点能正确区分三个频度副词并流畅地谈论出行方式。教学难点能在日常交际中灵活运用所学的重点句型问答出行方式。教学准备课件、录音和相关视频。 教学过程批注Step 1 Revision & Warm-up 通过Main scene引导学生讨论,预测本单元教学内容,为接下来的学习做铺垫。 Revision 课件呈现关于出行方式的图片,学生根据图片问答出行方式。 S1: How do you get there? S2: By/On ... Warm-up 教师播放歌曲“How do you go to school?”,教师带领学生一起唱,活跃课堂气氛。教师播放Main scene视频,学生观看视频并回答问题。T: Who are they? Ss: Mike and Amy.T: Where are they? Ss: They are at school.T: What are they talking about? Ss: Ways to go to school.Step 2 Presentation&Practice 呈现Let’s try板块的语言情境,先让学生预测对话内容,然后听录音并完成练习,培养学生良好的听前预测习惯。 呈现Let’s talk板块的图片,引导学生观察图片,预测即将学习的对话内容,培养学生的逻辑思维能力。观看对话视频后完成习题,检验学生对对话细节的理解。 A. Let’s try课件呈现Main scene板块图片,教师介绍听力背景。T: Amy meets Mike at school this morning. T: How does Amy come to school? Ss: On foot.学生先浏览题干,提前预测Let’s try听力重点内容。老师播放录音,学生完成Let’s try的两道判断题。 Q1: They are talking about a sports meet. Q2: They will go by bus.老师再次播放录音,学生跟读听力原文。然后在听力原文中找出关键信息“will”“by bus”。Let’s talk课件呈现Let’s talk板块图片,引导学生观察图片。 T: Look! There’s Mrs Smith now! How does she come to school?How do Mike and Amy come to school?Watch and and fill in the table.学生先浏览习题,预测对话的重点内容。老师播放视频,学生完成表格。T: How does Mike come to school? Ss: By bike.T: How does Amy come to school? Ss: On foot and by bus.T: How does Mrs Smith come to school? Ss: On foot and by car. Listen and repeat.播放录音,学生跟读对话。教师讲解词汇“Mrs”和“early”。教师讲解频度副词usually,often和sometimes。Fast reaction. 课件呈现usually,often和sometimes,学生快速读出单词。Listen and fill in the table.学生再次听录音,完成表格。T: How does Mike come to school? S1: He often comes to school by bike.T: How does Amy come to school? S2: She usually comes to school on foot, sometimes by bus. T: How does Mrs Smith come to school?S3: She usually walks, sometimes by car.Look and say.根据表格内容描述他人的出行方式。eg. Mike often comes to school by bike. Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 创设真实情境,让学生运用所学句型询问他人的出行方式,提高学生的语言综合运用能力。Practice. 课件出示出行方式和频度副词的图片,学生根据图片回答问题。 T: How do you come to school? Ss: I often come to school on foot. ...Ask and answer. 学生根据表格内容,用句型“—How does ... go/come to school? —...goes/comes to school...”进行问答。Eg. How does Mike come to school?Mike often comes to school by bike. Do a survey.制作一份关于你的同学和老师们出行方式的调查表。T: How do your classmates and teachers come to school? Let’ s do a survey.S1: How do you come to school? S2: I usually / often / sometimes ...各组派代表汇报调查表。S1: Three children usually come to school by bike. ...Step 4 Summary&Homework 小结:师生共同回顾本课时所学的频度副词及有关出行方式的句型。作业:1. 背诵Let's talk部分的课文。2. 完成本课时对应的练习。板书设计Unit 2 Ways to go to school第二课时—How do you come to school?—I usually / often / sometimes ...教学反思本课时的话题与学生的生活紧密相连,学生参与度高,学得比较扎实。但是在频度副词的运用上,因为词义不熟,学生易于出错,还需多加指导。其次对于exercise和sometimes等个别单词的发音,有的学生读不准,重音掌握不好,在后期的教学中,还需提醒学生多加练习。
