Unit 2 Ways to go to school第五课时Part B Read and write教学目标 知识目标：能听、说、认读单词Munich，Germany，Alaska，sled， fast，ferry 和 Papa Westray，Scotland；能读懂 Read and write 部分的内容并完成相应练习；能掌握句子在发音上的连读技巧。2.能力目标：培养学生良好的阅读习惯，掌握正确的阅读方法。3.情感目标：让学生了解不同国家的文化差异和出行方式。教学重点了解不同国家、不同地区学生上学的方式，如by sled和by ferry；能用“You must...”和“Don't...”句型写建议。教学难点理解不同国家之间文化的差异；掌握句子在发音上的连读技巧。教学准备课件、录音和相关视频。 教学过程批注Step 1 Warm-up & Revision通过复习关于出行方式的词汇，激活学生背景知识和储备词汇，为接下来的学习做铺垫。       Warm-up 课件播放歌曲“Road safety song”，学生一起唱。       Revision学生说出所学的出行方式的词汇。T: How many ways can you think of to go to school?Ss: By car/bus/bike/subway/taxi/plane/ship/train/on foot.Step 2 Presentation&Practice  通过问题引导学生观察图片，借助图片预测教学内容，培养学生的观察能力和逻辑推理能力。    引导学生自主学习，通过完成练习，训练学生在语篇中捕捉细节信息的能力，加强对文本的理解。       Lead in课件呈现四个地区（Munich, Germany ; Alaska, USA; Jiangxi, China; Papa Westray, Scotland.）的图片，教师介绍背景知识。T: Do you know these places?
