Unit 1 How can I get there?第四课时Part B Let's try & Let's talk教学目标1.知识目标:能听懂Let’s try部分的听力并完成相关练习;能听、说、认读单词interesting, pizza, street和get;能灵活运用句型“—How can I get to the ...? —Turn left/right at...”。2.能力目标:培养学生的听力能力和口语交际能力。3.情感目标:对于他人的问路,教育学生要懂得热心帮助。教学重点熟练掌握单词interesting, pizza, street和get;熟练运用所学的句型谈论去某地;掌握感叹句“What an interesting film!”。教学难点会根据地图,结合所学的句型指路。教学准备课件、录音和相关视频。 教学过程批注Step 1 Revision & Warm up 通过歌曲,复习之前所学重点句型,提高学生英语学习兴趣。 Revision课件呈现上节课所学单词及词组的图片,学生看图片说出单词或词组,然后根据图片回答问题,巩固上节课所学内容。T: Where is the Italian restaurant? Turn right here? Ss: No, turn left. Warm up教师播放歌曲“Where is the hospital”,学生一起唱。Step 2 Presentation&Practice 呈现语言情境,先让学生预测对话内容,然后听录音并完成习题,培养学生良好的听前预测习惯。 观看视频后完成练习题,检验学生对对话细节的理解。 B. Let’s try呈现Mike和Wu Binbin在打电话的情景,导入新课。听录音前,请学生读题,引导学生预测听力重点内容。播放音频,学生完成练习题。 T:They want to go to the bookstore. Ss: × T:The cinema is next to the bookstore. Ss:√呈现听力原文,老师引导学生在原文中找出关键信息。再次播放录音,学生跟读听力原文。课件呈现地图,学生尝试根据地图复述关键句型。 T: How can Mike get to the cinema? Ss: Go to the Main Street. Turn left at the bookstore. B. Let’s talk课件呈现Mike和Wu Binbin看完电影的场景,导入新课。T:Where are they now? Ss: They are in front of the cinema.Watch and tick.学生先读题,预测对话的重点内容。播放视频,学生选择正确的答案。T:Do Wu Binbin and Mike like the film? S1: A.T:What does Mike like? S2: B.T:Where is the restaurant ? It's next to the ____. S3: B.教师带读课文并讲解句型“What an interesting film!”,学生跟读课文。“What an interesting film!”是由what引导的感叹句。结构:What+a/an +形容词+可数名词单数!教师讲解单词pizza, steak, restaurant, street, interesting, get。Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 通过创设真实的情景,根据实际生活开展对话,巩固本课的核心词汇和句型,提高学生的语言综合运用能力。Language points.“How can we get there?”是由how构成的特殊疑问句。结构:How can+主语+get to+地点?注意:get to 后面接表示地点的名词。如果get后接地点副词则不要加to。地点副词:there, here, home等。Listen and fill in the blanks.学生听课文录音,完成练习。Practice.课件呈现一张地图,老师问路,学生说出该场所的位置并画出对应的路线图。 T:How can we get to the restaurant? S1: Turn left at the bookstore. Then turn right at the hospital. T:How can we get to the cinema? S2: Go straight.Then turn left at the bookstore.Role play.两人一组,分角色扮演。一名学生问路,另一名学生描述路线。 S1:I like to see a film. How can I get to the cinema? S2:Turn right at the bank. Then turn left at the bookstore.
