A lot of people ask me how I manage（管理）so many WeChat groups. I'll share a few of the secrets for it. Now I have more than 6, 200 people who subscribe（订阅）to my public account（公众号）and at least 10,000 in different groups. Some of them are my groups. Others are English language learning groups where I invite to share my free English lessons.
First, managing groups is really about managing people. People choose to add me friend because they want to improve their English. They either joined one of my groups or they are in my Friends' List.
Second, I'm very slow at adding someone to a group. I let them add to my public account first. If people don't mean to learn English from my lessons, I delete them from my Friends' Circle quickly and make them disappear.
Third, I need to set rules for my groups. If someone sell something or say dirty words, I will warn them for the first time. For the second time, I just kick them out of my groups.
