Object clauses
T say what we knw, think, believe, etc, we can use certain verbs with a that-clause.
subject(主语)+ verb(谓语动词)+ that-clause(that引导的从句)
We ften use that-clauses after these verbs:
一、连词(引导词)1.当宾语从句是陈述句时(包括肯定句和否定句),连词由that引导,因为 that在从句中不作任何成分,也没有任何具体意思,因此在口语或非正式 文体中常省略。

T say what we knw, think, believe, etc., we can als use verbs with a wh-clause.We ften use wh-clauses after these verbs:
学好宾语从句共有三关需要突破:连接词——语序——时态
that连接的宾语从句,用来陈述一件事或表达一种感情等,由陈述句转化而来。that在口语中常常省略。

还有一些宾语从句是由特殊疑问句变化而来,要用陈述句语序。常放在:discuss, remember, frget, understand, knw 等动词后面。

特殊疑问句变成 陈述语序连接词就是疑问词本身
宾语从句用陈述语序。如: He is an hnest by. The teacher said.→The teacher said (that) he was an hnest by. When did he leave?I dn’t knw. →I dn’t knw when he left.
使用宾语从句时主从句谓语的时态使用规则: 1.如果主句的谓语动词是一般现在时,宾语从句的谓语动词 可根据需要,选用相应的任何时态。(主现从任) 2.如果主句的谓语动词是过去时,宾语从句的谓语动词一般 用过去时态,即:一般过去时、过去进行时、过去将来时 或过去完成时。(主过从过)
①主句是现在的时态,从句的时态可根据实际 情况而定(主现从任)。如: I hear that she has written three letters t the headmaster. Mr Green says that the snw was very heavy last mnth.
②主句是过去的某种时态,从句一定要用过去的某种时态(主过从过) 。如: We didn’t knw why she had missed the flight. He tld me that he was watching a cartn film at 10 ’clck this mrning.
如果宾语从句表述的是客观真理、自然现象等时,不管主句是什么时态,从句都要用一般现在时。如:He said that light travels much faster than sund.
