    Unit 7 International charitiesTask一、教学目标掌握本课重点词汇和短语:secretary, India, officer, make up ones mind掌握本课重点句型:(1)  She wanted to help poor people with eye problems see again, so she made up her mind to train as a nurse and attended courses after work.(2)  She is getting used to travelling by plane.能够使用过程性写作方法,笔头介绍Mandeep的故事,并和同学分享。感悟慈善事业对人的发展的重要作用,并积极投身其中了。二、教学重点及难点重点:能够掌握本节课重点词汇、短语和句型。能够使用过程性写作方法,笔头介绍Mandeep的故事,并和同学分享。难点:能够使用过程性写作方法,笔头介绍Mandeep的故事。三、教学过程Step 1 Warming-upShow pictures of logos and ask Ss to have a free talk. 【设计意图】复习有关慈善事业的相关知识,激活学生已知,为下边的写作做铺垫。Step 2 Pre-writing1. Guide Ss to look at Dianas pictures and ask Ss to answer the questions.              【设计意图】通过看图说话的方式,创设情景,学习新词汇,并用自己的语言描述图片初步串起故事情节。       2. Guide Ss to read Amys report and match the sentences with each paragraph.【设计意图】通过匹配文章内容的方式,引导学生理解文章大意。   3. Guide Ss to read the passage and circle the topic sentences and details.4. Guide Ss to learn the structure of the passage. 【设计意图】通过找出每段的中心句和细节信息,引导学生总结出文章大体的段落结构,同时分段比较阅读,帮助学生赏析示范文章布局的严密,层层深入,为下一环节的写作提供素材和范例。
    5. Read again and fill in the blanks.【设计意图】通过填表活动,引导学生运用目标词汇,同时关注文章的时态变化。6. Guide Ss to use the time line to organize things in time order.【设计意图】通过时间轴帮助学生理清事件的顺序,为后面的写作做铺垫。7.
