    Difficulties(难点):通过分享欣赏别人的愉快时光

    1. Pre-reading
    T: Get int grups f three r fur and discuss the fllwing questins n the screen. Chse ne persn in the grup t share what yu have discussed with the class..

    Have tw t three Ss present their reprts t the class.
    Yu can give Ss sme helpful phrases: sme interesting places, smewhere warm/cl, buy sth special.

    教学设计说明:阅读前让学生通过讨论复习运用了前几课时关于假期活动的知识,同时为下面阅读搭好支架。

    Task 1: Read Jane’s diary entries abut her vacatin and answer the questins.
    T: Jane likes t write a diary when she travels. Let’s read her diary entries and answer the questins.

    Task 2: Read fr details
    Read Jane’s diary entries again. Fill in the chart.
    Give Ss a few minutes t fill in the chart. Encurage Ss t underline the difficult phrases r sentences and explain them if necessary.

    Task 1: Cmplete the cnversatin abut Jane’s trip t Penang using the infrmatin in the diary entries.
    Have Ss wrk n this activity fr their hmewrk.
    Task 2: Imagine Jane went t Penang Hill again n Thursday and had a great day. Fill in the blanks in her diary entry with the crrect frms f the verbs in brackets.
    Have Ss clse their bks and call ut each verb in brackets. Ss will then say the crrect past tense frm f the verb.
