You have known some of Western festivals.Let’s know morefestivals.Encourage students discuss in groups and write down the introduction:Homework:1. 听读 cartoon time 尝试背诵.2.Write down some customs of Chinese New Year。Blackboard design板书设计: Unit 8 Chinese New Year‘oo’ /u/ : cook book foot good look What are you going to do on that day?What are they going to do?教学反思:通过本节课教学我发现:小学语音在英语学习中发挥越来越重要的作用,但是学生学习语音的积极性和主动性都需要很大的提升。小学生语音能力较弱是由很多原因综合作用的结果。例如:小学英语教材中虽然选用的单词和句式,一般都是社会中最常见,最基础的,但有些学生还是不能很好的掌握他们的语音、音调。尤其是一些较难读的单词。而一些学生在开始接触英语时,只是凭一时的兴趣学习。他们对课堂上动手、游戏的部分十分感兴趣,而对英语基本技能(单词及语音的模仿、记忆等)的兴趣不大。加上有些单词比较难读,他们就更加感觉没有意思,甚至放弃学习。造成在课堂上好不容易记住的语音知识,下了课就忘得一千二净。因此,对小学生在学习音标的过程中存在的问题,我认为可以从以下方面进行改进:第一:从一开始就适时的渗透一些规则的、基本的音标知识。同时在课堂上,教师可以提让学生根据这一知识自己去学拼简单的单词,并且对正确的学生给予鼓励和表扬。让他们在预习和复习时能积极参与进去,并乐在其中。第二:因为中西方的发音本身就存在一定的差异,而小学生辨别能力有限,使得学生对一些音不能很好的区分,这就可利用多媒体设备或网络资源进行反复跟读练习、并针对一些相近的音加以区分。第三:教师可以多设计一些对话和活动,让学生进行表演,使简单的句子落到实处。而且,可以要求学生在英语课上要用英语交谈,在平时师生之间,学生之间尽量多用英语,在现实生活中为学生创造情境。
