    小学五年级阅读课教学设计Holidays一、Analysis of teaching content:这节课是五年级下册AssessmentHolidays的阅读课,文本内容主要介绍Childrens Day、Fathers Day、Teachers Day、Halloween四个节日的一些风俗,通过阅读让学生了解中西方在节日文化上的差异。二、Analysis of the students:这是一节阅读课,学生能阅读这篇短文的基础是:1、四个节日的名称中有一个Halloween是不熟悉的,其他三个不需要带读学生应可以说出。2、学生前面刚刚学习了12月份的单词,也会表达日期了,这篇短文正好让学生学习日期。3、学生已经学习了一些与节日有关的动词词组。所以学生阅读这篇短文,除了Halloween这个节日里有一些不熟的词汇外,其他三个节日的短文的阅读对学生来说不会是困难的事。三、Analysis of teaching methods:Reading for fun, Reading for information是阅读课的目的。在教学中力求促进学生的思维活动,以思维导图为教学工具,让学生积极参与到学习活动中,使得学生的学习更加有效、有意义。 四、Teaching objectives: 教学内容阅读文本内容是4个节日:International Childrens Day, Fathers Day, Teachers Day, Halloween.课型阅读教学教学目标 知识目标:1.Enable to introduce some holidays 2. Teach students more custom and culture of different countries.能力目标:1.通过思维导图的引导,帮助学生在阅读中抓住文本的结构,迅速的掌握关键内容,提高学生的思维能力。2.在阅读教学中,鼓励学生们采取合作学习的方式,促进他们的合作交流,取长补短,共同提高合作学习能力。情感目标:了解中西方在节日文化上的差异,培养学生的跨文化意识。调动学生参与语言实践的积极性。重点难点Enable to describe the customs of Halloween and other three holidays.教具学具PPTWord cardssome clothes, some candies, some cards and some flowers.                                   本课时教学流程        步骤、内容时间教师活动学生活动设计意图Step1 Before-reading tasks1. Greeting .2. Divide the students into two groups.T: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you!b. T: Group one and Group two, the bottle A is for you. If you do well you can draw a star in the bottle. Group three and Group four, the bottle B is for you, Ok? Today, lets have a competition. Who can get more stars? Ok?   3. Guess the festivals. T: Look at this picture. What festival is it? 4. Learn the word: holiday. T: Children’s Day, Mother’s Day, Spring Festival, we can also call them “Holidays”.(拿出holiday的卡片)教学单词:holiday.  分音节教发音:ho-li-day. T: Hit and say: holiday.(Bb)Holidays Greeting .Ss: Nice to meet you, too.            3. S1: Children’s Day.S2: Mother’s Day.S3: Spring Festival.  4. 学生学习单词: holiday.  上课伊始,将孩子们分成几个小组,用比赛的方式来激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。         3.通过已学过的节日引出今天要学的主题:Holidays。 StepII. While­reading tasks         1. Guide the students to listen to the recording of this passage Holidays, and answer the questions.  T: Today, we will learn Holidays. Now take out your English book , turn to page 29.T: First listen to the recording and answer this question: What holidays are there in this passage? Answer the questions and learn the word: Halloween.T: Can you answer me ? What holidays are there in this passage? T: We lost this holiday: Halloween.Take out the word card: Halloween. Teach the word to student.T: Read the word one by one.  (Halloween的单词贴在黑板上思维导图的相应位置。)Halloween           4. Sing the song:“Trick or Treat”.THere is a song about Halloween. Lets sing together, ok?5. Let students read the section about Halloween.  T: Do you want to know more about Halloween? Please read this section. And answer my question: When is Halloween? (when和答案31st October贴在思维导图的相应位置。)when31st OctoberHalloween           6. Let students know more about Halloween. Watch the video.T: Children in the USA like Halloween, why? Lets watch the video.7. Learn the word: unusual T: Halloween is funny. Look at this picture. (课件出现几个孩子穿万圣节的服装图片)These children dress up these unusual clothes.(拿出几件万圣节小朋友穿的服装)T: These are unusual clothes. 引出并让学生理解会读单词:unusual clothes.8. Learn the word: candy (课件出现小孩讨糖的图片)TLook at the picture, what do Children do at Halloween?(拿出糖的食物)TWhat is this?T: Yes, this is a candy. learn the word: Candy 9. Answer the question and finish the mind map. Students watch the video What fun about Halloween?   7.Students read :unusual clothes.同时读出句子:Children wear unusual clothes.        8.Students learn to read the word: candy.Sentence: Children can ask for candies.      9. Students read the section. And answer the question.     1.让学生带着问题听读有利于注意力的集中。     2.自然的引出将重点讲解的节日Halloween        3.课堂上运用思维导图帮助学生抓住语段中的关键句子。有效的将英语语段内容中的其他内容实现以点带面的联系起来。进而在学生的思维中形成一个系统的思维网络图。                         StepIII After­reading tasks:    1. Students and teacher talk about Halloween according to the mind map.  T: After reading we finished the mind map. Look, this information is about the date of Halloween. And this information is about what   children do at Halloween. So we can talk about Halloween in two ways:Retell the holiday: Halloween is on ________. At _____, children ______________, they _____________.Show the holiday with dialogue. AWhen is Halloween? BIt's on 31st October. A: What do Children do? B: Children dress up in unusual clothes. They ask for candies.2. Let students read the passage and finish their mind map. T: Now please read the other three holidays. 3. T: Let’s have group activities. (出示小组合作的内容。) Step1 Stick the information on the mind map .Step2 You can talk about the holiday in this way from the two ways.4.展示几组学生完成的思维导图,同时让这组学生选择一种方式说出思维导图的内容。     5. 用灯片显示出其他国家的这三个节日的更多的内容。TLet’s know more about this holiday. Students watch and listen.(灯片滚动播放图片)文本内容如下:I’m Mary. In Brazil(巴西), Children′s Day is on the 12th of October. I paint on my face. How funny! I dance samba with my friends. I like Children’s Day.Teacher's Day in the USA is on the 28th of September. In Portugal (葡萄牙)Teacher's Day is on 18th May. Teacher's Day in France is on the 25th of December. On Teacher's Day we usually give our teachers some flowers and cards. We say “Happy Teacher's Day!” to our teachers . I′m Lucky. Father's Day in New Zealand(新西兰) is on the 1st  Sunday of September. I send a funny card for my father. My father is very happy.6. T: Today we know some holidays. We can read the passage. And we can talk about them. Know can you act these holidays, lets enjoy them, ok? For example, I want to act Halloween. Who can help me? (示范万圣节的讨糖过程。)(灯片出示6个节日的图片和名称。)TCan you act these holidays? Lets go. 1. Students retell the Halloween according to the mind map. One student and teacher talk about the holiday with dialogue.                   2. Students read the passage.   3. Students practice in group.     4. Students show their mind map and talk about the mind map.      5. Students watch and listen.                               6.学生小组活动。学生小组展示后,给予评价1.利用思维导图进行英语会话练习,这是英语阅读学习的一种重要方法。通过这种方式能够在一定程度上让学生模拟真实的英语交流语境在英语会话练习过程中运用思维导图方法让学生围绕一个具体的中心词组进行发散思考,还可以在这一过程中适当增加会话的丰富性。同时让不同的小组围绕某一个话题讨论自己的思维导图,有效地避免了讨论过程中的盲目性。                    5. 学生熟练了这种类似的文章结构后,听懂和看懂以上三段短文就不是件难事了。以上三段文章的听读是为了给学生提供更多的练习,激活学生对中西方文化的差异的好奇心。                    6、这是一个语言输出活动,之前帮助学生所做的一切,皆是为了这个活动的顺利开展。在和同组人编对话的过程中,学生要综合本课所学的知识,对语言进行加工、排序、确认及最后的输出这一过程是语言学习最能体现学生思维和是否达到教学目标的过程。2、培养他们的合作学习能力。并且给学生一个展示的机会。 StepSum up and Homework:1. Sum-up this lesson. T: Today the topic of this lesson is Holidays. So holiday is important in our life. Today I will send a sentence for you: If you know these countries holidays, you will know the world better.2.
