【第一课时】
【教学目标】
(一)语言目标:
1.词汇:能听懂、会说、认读新单词bar, bottle, bring, fruit, picnic, peanut, can(n.), candy;能学会描述可数名词和不可数名词的数量,同时理解、学习、掌握短语a bottle of orange juice, a box of cakes, a few cans of Coke, a few bars of chocolate.
2.句型:能运用“I will bring ...”描述自己的出行计划,正确表述自己将要携带的食物.
(二)应用目标:
1.能正确描述可数名同和不可数名词的数量.
2.能询问并陈述自己将要携带的食物.
3.能听懂、会说本课A部分的对话.
【教学重难点】
重点:能听懂、会说、认读新单词bar, bottle, bring, fruit, picnic, peanut, can(n.), candy; 能正确描述可数名词和不可数名词的数量,如a bottle of orange juice, a box of cakes, a few cans of Coke, a few bars of chocolate.
难点:区分可数名词和不可数名词;能理解并学着描述不可数名词的数量.
【教学准备】
用于复习食物单词的图片、单词卡片、课本图片、课文录音、课件等.
【教学过程】
I. 热身/复习(Warm-up/ Revision)
Greetings
T: Nice to meet you! (复习meet)
Sing a song: Come and see my family.(复习a cup of tea)
II. 新课呈现(Presentation)
1.New words and new sentences
(1)连线题
一个月饼 a book
一本书 a teacher
一个橘子 a mooncake
一匹马 a cow
一头牛 a horse
一位老师 an orange
(2)在正确答案后打“√”.
一杯茶:a tea( ) a cup of tea( )
一盒月饼:a mooncake( ) a box of mooncakes( )
(3)学习、操练新知识:a box of cakes, peanuts, candies, 教师提醒学生注意mooncakes中的“-s”,复习完第四单元的旧知识a box of mooncakes后,教师出示图片:一盒蛋糕.
T: What's this?
Ss: It's a box of cakes.
教师出示图片:一盒苹果、一盒香蕉、一盒饼干等.
Ss: It's a box of apples/ bananas/ biscuits/...
教师继续出示倒片:一盒花生和一盒糖果.
Ss: It's a box of peanuts/ candies.
(4)情境创设:Picnic
学习、操练新知识bring, a bottle of orange juice, a can of Coke, a few. cans of Coke, a few bars of chocolate, fruit等.教师为学生创设野餐情境,陈述自己已经带了蛋糕、花生、糖果,询问学生自己还可以携带什么食品,让学生提出建议.
T: What else shall I bring?
Ss: You can bring some water/ juice …
T: Good idea! Thank you. I will bring a bottle of orange juice.
再增加几瓶橘子汁.

T: What drinks will you bring?
S1: I like Coke, so I will bring …(教师帮助学生说出 a can of Coke)

学生根据数量自己推测a few cans of Coke.

T: I like sweets, too. So I will bring ... Look! A few bars of chocolate.

T: After a meal, what would you like to eat?
T出示图片,帮助学生回答:I'd like to eat some fruit.
(5)词汇操练:Word puzzle
教师出示新单词,让学生大声朗读,并试着找出其中的秘密.
peanut
fruit
candy
a bottle of orange juice
bring
a few bars of chocolate
学生朗读后,也许发现不了其中隐藏的单词picnic(野餐),此时教师将以上单词中的字母p, i, c, n, i, c用不同颜色标示出来,揭晓谜底.
教师再出示单词:party,让学生自己编造一个新的word puzzle.(此活动答案不唯一,目的是帮助学生充分操练新单词.)

2.Let's listen.
(1)第一步:Listen and count
合上书听音,听音前给出问题:What food can you hear?
(2)第二步:Listen and find
打开书听音,画出所有食物,检查刚才自己听到的是否正确.
(3)第三步:Read and answer
a.What's the weather like in autumn?
b.What will Peter bring?
c.What will Lingling and Mingming bring?
(4)第四步:Listen and repeat
学生听音、跟读,注意连读现象,如a bottle of orange juice等.教师引导学生正确模仿,提醒学生注意模仿语调,同吋模仿读出即将野餐的兴奋心情.
(5)第五步:Read and act
III. 趣味操练(Practice)
1.游戏:人气指数
教师将新单词的图片分别贴在黑板上,学生喜欢哪种食物,就说“I will bring ...”,教师就在该食物的下方両一张笑脸.喜欢该食物的学生还要介绍自己喜欢它的原因,如“Because it's sweet. / Because I always drink a bottle of orange juice after playing ping-pong…”.哪种食物下面的笑脸多,则说明它的人气指数高,支持该食物的同学就获胜.
教师可进行总结,告诉学生不要挑食或吃太多甜食.
2.情境创设:朋友生日快到了,你们决定给他准备一个生口聚会.你将带些什么食物呢?
如:
S1: Good morning, Glad to see you!
S2: Morning! Glad to see you, too!
S1: What date is it today?
S2: It's October... Hey, Lily's birthday is coming!
S1: Why not hold a party for her?
S2: Let's bring some food.What are you going to bring?
S1: 1 will bring...
S2: I will bring …
S1: OK! Let's meet at...
S2: Goodbye. / See you!
【作业布置】
1.听一听,读一读:认真听、有感情地朗读A部分对话.
2.背一背,记一记:和好朋友比一比,看谁能最快最好地背出A 部分对话与默出B部分单词.
