Can you play the guitar?教学设计一、教材分析 本单元是新目标英语七年级下册的第一单元,主要围绕“加入俱乐部”为话题,谈论自己及他人的能力。本节课是Section B的第一课时,主要内容为复习在Section A中所学到的用情态动词can询问和谈论能力的用法,较熟练地掌握can的基本用法,并能够用所学目标语言表达自己和他人所具备的某一方面的才能及自己的喜好和意愿。二、学情分析 七年级的学生有一定的英语基础,但英语表达和运用能力很有限。他们生性活泼好动,喜欢直观形象思维,对游戏、竞赛很感兴趣。所以本节课我针对学生的特点,在设计教学环节上充分地从各方面调动学生的感官,展开形式多样的活动以达到练习使用目标语言的目的。同时,把目标语言与他们身边的人结合到一起,让他们在真实的语言情境中使用英语。本单元的主要内容为谈论能力,在课堂上,我鼓励学生积极参与,获得成功的体验,以激发他们学习英语的兴趣和“我能行”的自信心。三、教学目标 (一)知识与技能Ⅰ. Learn the new words: piano, violin, drums.Ⅱ.Review the sentences with the modal verb “can”.Ⅲ. Talk about abilities.(二)过程与方法Ⅰ.通过形式多样的游戏和竞赛,学生能积极参与到课堂中,愿意展示并分享自己的各方面能力。Ⅱ.通过两两说和调查报告,学生体验合作学习的方法和过程。(三)情感态度与价值观Ⅰ. Learn from the disable who are with strong mind.Ⅱ. Make oneself confident.四、教学方法 情景教学法、游戏教学法、竞赛激励法、听说法、交际法五、教学过程 (一)复习导入,合二为一 Guessing game “What can he do?”Ask a student to sing and lead to music.(二)调动听觉感官,探索学习新知 Ⅰ. Present the new words of musical instruments. Listen to music and guess what they are.Ⅱ. Show “play the + musical instruments” Read the language points skillfully.(三)操练新知,熟练掌握 Yes/No questions with the modal verb“ can” and musical instruments.Ask and answer in pairs.(四)多形式活动,熟练运用新知 Ⅰ. Talent show.(才艺大比拼)Talk about the pictures and others’ abilities.Ⅱ. Sum up the language points.①play+ all kinds of balls/chess/cards②play the+ musical instrumentsⅢ. Remembering game.(考考你的记忆力)Play the game and learn to report with “and” and “or”.Ⅳ. Find the talented people around us.(寻找身边小达人)Ⅰ) Show some pictures of our classmates and talk about their abilities.Ⅱ) Make a survey and do a report.Ⅴ. Chant it. Consolidate the sentences with the modal verb “can”.Clap hands and chant together.(五)多样练习,巩固新知 Choose the pictures of musical instruments, do the exercises.Emotion theme: Present the strong mind of the disable.Appreciate a poem, enjoy the wonderful life.(六)放飞梦想,树立信心 My dream.
