设计说明
本课时学习谈论规章制度的相关对话。教学时给学生展示一些卡片,从谈论青少年应该做什么及不能做什么入手导入新课,过渡到活动1a,从而进入教材的学习。然后由听力入手,进入活动1b—1c、2a—2c的学习。通过听对话选择,听对话判断正误等活动,使学生理解对话内容。最后,阅读2d的内容,要求学生理解对话,解决问题。通过2d了解参观博物馆的规则。
教学目标
通过本课时的学习,让学生达成以下目标:
1. 知识目标:
(1)单词:license(licence), safety, smoke, part-time, pierce, earring, flash
(2)短语:driver’s license, no way, get sb. /sth. Done
(3)句子:①Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes.
②I don’t think sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to drive.
2. 能力目标:
(1)谈论被允许做的事;
(2)表达同意或不同意。
3. 情感目标:
学习做一个遵规守纪的人。
重点难点
1. 重点:(1)让学生能初步使用“should be+过去分词”谈论行为规则;
(2)让学生能简单地谈论青少年在生活中应该做什么、不应该做什么,并能让他们表达自己的观点。
2. 难点:让学生学会灵活运用含有情态动词的各种句型进行对话。

Step 8 Language points
1. No way! 不行!
No way意为“不,决不,没门”。它用在口语中,是对对方的请求或建议的一种强烈的回绝,语气比“No.”重。

我可以用你的手机玩游戏吗?
—No way!不行!
2. I don’t think sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to drive.
我认为不应该允许十六岁的青少年开车。
(1)这是一个否定转移的句子。当主句的时态为一般现在时,主句主语是第一人称I或we,谓语动词是think, believe, expect, suppose等时,后面的宾语从句若是否定句,通常将not转移到主句中来,而从句的谓语动词用肯定式,这种情况叫“否定转移”。但是,句子翻译成中文时还是要否定从句。
I don’t believe he will come. 我相信他不会来。
(2)sixteen-year-olds意为“十六岁的孩子”,是名词,表示一类人。
The app is popular among sixteen-year-olds.
这个应用程序很受16岁孩子的欢迎。
拓展:
①sixteen-year-old意为“十六岁的”,是复合形容词,在句中作定语。其结构为:“基数词-单数名词-形容词”。

②sixteen years old意为“十六岁”,表示年龄。
My brother is sixteen years old now. 我哥哥现在16岁了。
3. Sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to get their ears pierced.
16岁的孩子应该被允许穿耳洞。
“get+名词(或代词)+过去分词”意为“使……被做,请人做……”,表示让别人做某事。此时get 是使役动词。
