3. I dn’t think sixteen-year-lds shuld be allwed t drive.我认为16岁的孩子们不应该被准许驾车。英语中有少数表示“猜想、臆断”的实义动词，如think, believe, suppse, imagine等，后面跟含否定意义的宾语从句时，习惯上把从句的否定转移到主句，构成“I dn’t think /…”结构。这种语言现象称为否定转移。

6. serius enugh enugh在这里是副词，意思是“足够地；充分地；相当”，修饰形容词或副词表示程度，一般放在所修饰的形容词或副词的后面。►He is brave enugh t face dangers. 他很勇敢，足以面对各种危险。►He plays well enugh fr a beginner.    对于一名初学者来说，他弹奏得相当不错。
