    Step 1. Basic infomation of proposal
    a) A proposal is a formal plan or an idea which is suggested for people to decide upon.

    b) Steps for writing a proposal:
    1. Introduce the background information, reason(s) and purpose of writing this proposal.
    交代背景原因和目的。
    2. Make your points clear including particular requirements and the meanings of the activities.
    写明倡议的具体内容和要求。
    3. Show the suggestions/ determined minds again in the final paragraph.
    结尾要表示倡议者的决心和希望或者写出某种建议。

    Step 2. Related Expressions
    持有错误的观点 为……准备的
    对……有害 __被某人高度赞扬
    强烈赞成 活下来;生存
    _有更好的理解 ______举办一系列的活动
    捐献;捐赠 起作用;产生不同

    Step 3. Frequently used sentences structures.
