Step I Warming-up
Free talk—Let’s talk about the great books and writers.
1. T shows Ss a dialogue with some key words missing and then asks them to talk in pairs, using the dialogue in Unit 1 for reference. )

B: I want to join an Internet group to discuss great books by great writers.
A: Who do you think is a great writer?
