The pupils listen carefully, and they clap the hands and say the chant with the teacher.
Step 3 Presentation
The teacher reviews the old subjects in primary school with the pupils.
The pupils read them together.
The teacher shows the pictures and the words about the new subjects.

The pupils look at the questions about the video

Question2: What are they going to study?
Question3: What activities are they going to do?
The pupils watch the video and answer the questions.

The boys and the girls make a dialogue.
Step 13 Writing
The teacher tells them information: “name, age, hobbies, activities”. And then make a model for them .something like this:
I’m Mary .I’m 12 .My hobbies are reading books and playing computer games. I’m going to study Chemistry and History in middle school. I’m going to learn to help each other.
The teacher lets some pupils read their writings.
Step 14 Summary
The teacher shows the new words, the phrases and sentences in the screen.
