知识梳理

一．现在进行时的概念
现在进行时表示现阶段正在发生或进行的动作、存在的状态。
常与现在进行时连用的时间状语:Look! Listen! now，at this moment, these days，at present及具体语境等。
如：I am singing now. 我现在正在唱歌。
She is writing a book these days. 这些天她在写一本书。
二．一般现在时的构成

主语+ am/is/ are +现在分词+其他
I am listening to the radio.
否定句
主语+ am/is/ are not +现在分词+其他
如：The students aren't playing football.
一般疑问句
Am/Is/ Are +主语+现在分词+其他？
如：Are you doing your homework?
特殊疑问句
疑问词（不作主语）+ am/is/ are not +主语+现在分词+其他？
如：What are you doing now?
疑问词（作主语）+ am/is/ are not +现在分词+其他？
如：Who is singing now？

三．动词+ing变化规则
1.一般在词尾加“-ing”：helping; speaking
2.以不发音的e结尾的单词，去掉字母e, 再加ing: make-making
3.以重读闭音节，呈现“辅+元+辅”结尾时，双写最后一个字母“-ing”: begin-beginning; cut-cutting
4.动词特殊变化：die-dying、lie-lying， tie-tying
5. 以l结尾的动词如果动词原形以非重读音节结尾，则末尾的字母l双写与不双写均可。
其中不双写的是美式拼写。travel→travelling/traveling(U.S.)

四.现在进行时的用法
1.表示说话时正在进行的动作：
We are having lunch now.
2.表示现阶段正在进行的动作或持续的状态：
I am reading an interesting book these days.
3.现在进行时表将来：表示根据计划或安排，在最近要进行的动作.
①．用于位移动词
现在进行时表示将来主要用于按计划或安排将要发生的动作或事件，多用于表示位置转移的动词(短语)，如arrive，come，get(to)，leave，return，start，travel，take，take off，fly，see off等。
l am seeing him off this afternoon．今天下午我去给他送行。
We're starting for Shanghai this afternoon．今天下午我们将动身去上海。
②．用于非位移动词
现在进行时表示将来除使用位移动词外，也可使用某些非位移动词，如do，buy，meet，have，play，finish，stay， publish等，此时句中一般要有表示将来的时间状语。
We're having a holiday next Monday. 我们将在下星期一放假。
The young man is meeting his girlfriend this afternoon．这个年轻人今天下午要去见他的女朋友。
4.表示反复出现的习惯性动作, 表示赞赏、反对、或埋怨等各种情绪。
He is always making noise at night.
5.表示渐变的过程。 The weather is getting warmer and warmer.
6.现在进行时态有时候没有时间状语，有时候可通过语境暗示句子用现在进行时。
----Where is Mr Wang. 王先生在哪里？
----Oh, he is reading a newspaper in the office. 噢，他在办公室看报纸。
