教学重点： 1. Key vocabulary: make chicken soup, one by one, mix…together... 2. Key sentences: a. You can also have other things like fish and different vegetables. b.Make the chicken soup very hot, over 100℃. c. Put some yogurt on a piece of bread. d. Cook for five minutes and add two eggs.
教学难点： Write a recipe for your favorite food.

Step 2 Presentation (PPT 11-12)		Work on 3a. 1. Call Ss' attention to 3a.Say, Let's center on 3a.It's the recipe for a famous traditional food in China—Yunnan Rice Noodles. 2. Ask Ss to read the instructions and the words in the box. 3. Ss look through the recipe. Skip the blanks when reading. Then fill in the blanks with the words in the box. 4. Ask some Ss to give his or her answers. 5. Check the answers. Practice reading.				完成3a的课文，填入相关的词汇。阅读3a。
Step 3 Writing (PPT 13-15)		Work on 3b. Read the instructions to the class. Ask Ss to think of a favorite food in their hometown. Think how to make it. Then make a list of ingredients. Write them on the blank lines in the box. Work on 3c. Writing practice. Ask Ss to write a recipe for their favorite food. Use 3a and 3b to help them. Show one of the good passages to other Ss. Analyze the good sentences and correct the errors.				学生回答3b所给的食材单子，连接成一篇文章介绍你特别喜爱的食物的加工顺序。学生完成后，找出一两篇范文来展示。
Step 4 Practice (PPT 16)		Read the instructions to the class. Group-work：Divide Ss into groups of 4. Pairwork：Make up a crazy recipe with your partner following the example sentences. Then tell another pair of Ss how to make this crazy food. The other pair draws it. Ask some groups to show their pictures and describe them to the class.
