d. Students won’t need dictionaries because a robot will tell them the meaning of the words.

e. But you should also remember that there will be both good and bad things in life.

3. Ss scan the passage first. Then Fill in the blanks with the words in the box.

4. Check the answers. Practice reading.

5. Make a conversation about your life in 10 years.

6. Make predictions about your life in 20years.

完成3a的课文，后预测自己20年后的生活。

Writing

1. Work on 3b.

Complete the chart about your life 20 years from now. You can add more items.                                                                        

Link the information and make up some sentences. Write a short passage about yourself.  

3. Work on 3c.

Write about your life 20 years from now. Use 3a and 3b to help you.

Show one of the good passages to other Ss.

Analyze the good sentences and correct the errors.

完成表格，并将表格的信息连成句子，整理成一篇短文。

学生完成短文后，找出一两篇范文来展示。

Practice

1. Ask Ss to read the instructions to the class.

Discuss how you think a robot will help students with schoolwork in the future. Write down your group’s ideas and draw a picture of your robot. 

2．Group-work：Divide the Ss into groups of 5－10 to discuss the question.

3. Write down your group's ideas about the question mentioned above. You can follow the sample sentence. And draw a picture of your robot in the right column.

4. Ask some groups to say their answers.
