1. interesting作形容词,由“interest(v.使感兴趣)+-ing(后缀)”构成。interesting表示某物很容易让人感兴趣、有趣。常修饰物。
interesting的发音以元音音素开头,前用不定冠词时应该用an。
It’s an interesting movie. 它是一部有趣的电影。
【拓展延伸】-ing结尾的形容词通常用来描述事物本身的特征; -ed结尾的形容词通常用来描述人的感受。
interesting(有趣的) — interested (感兴趣的)
boring(没趣的;令人厌倦的) — bored (感到厌倦的)
relaxing(轻松的;令人放松的) — relaxed(放松的)
exciting(令人兴奋的) — excited(兴奋的)
2.fun adj. 有趣的;使人快乐的 n. 乐趣;快乐
1) fun作形容词,意为“有趣的,使人快乐的”。表示某事物有趣好玩。
2) fun还可以作不可数名词,意为“乐趣;快乐”。for fun意为“闹着玩地; 为了好玩” ;have fun意为“玩得开心;过得愉快”,相当于have a good time,enjoy oneself。

3.difficult作形容词, 其同义词为hard, 反义词为easy“简单的”。
English isn’t a difficult subject. 英语不是一门困难的学科。 (作定语)

4.watch v. 注视; 观看
1) watch作动词,常指观看电视节目、比赛、戏剧、表演等。第三人称单数形式为watches。
2) watch还可以作名词,意为“手表”。
She watches TV every Saturday night. 她每周六晚上看电视。
Lucy has a nice watch. 露西有一块漂亮的手表。
