A Bk Review f The Adventures f Huckleberry Finn
The Adventures f Huckleberry Finn is a nvel written by Mark Twain, ne f the greatest writers t use everyday English in American literature. It is cmmnly regarded as ne f the first “Great American Nvels”. The stry takes place alng the Mississippi River. Huckleberry Finn is a pr white by wh runs away t escape his bad-tempered father. While hiding n an island in the middle f the river, he encunters Jim, a runaway black slave. They find a raft and sail dwn the river tgether, having many adventures. The stry tells hw Huckleberry Finn’s encunter with Jim makes him accept Jim as a man and as a clse friend. The bk shws the writer’s view f s-called “civilizatin”, and reflects the mral grwth f Huckleberry Finn. Huckleberry Finn cmes t realize that Jim, a slave, is nt nly a man, but a gd man. The bk cntains much sharp scial criticism, especially f slavery and racism. I think the bk is well wrth reading. Ultimately, it tells a stry shwing hw everyne seeks freedm, and hw every human being is entitled t respect.
