第6课时Lesson 24 Maddy's Christmas重点巩固一般现在时(尤其是主语为第三人称单数的一般现在时),掌握一般过去时。难点一般现在时转换为一般过去时的规则和方法。Step 1 Warming up1.Listen and try to sing the song with music.听并跟唱歌曲。利用课前热身的环节,让学生听并跟唱歌曲《Merry Christmas》。教师也可以采用课前循环播放的形式,让学生感知歌曲,加深他们对歌曲的韵律和歌词的印象。2.Free talk.T:How are you?Are you ready for Christmas?What would you like for Christmas?What are you going to give your family for Christmas?Ss talk freely.3.创设情景。T:Hello,kids.I am Santa.I have many gifts for you.Please tell me,what would you like for Christmas?What would your parents like for Christmas?How about preparing something for them?教师戴上事先准备好的圣诞老人帽子,扮演圣诞老人。询问学生在圣诞节最想收到什么礼物?自然过渡到提问他们想为父母准备什么样的礼物,展开购物环节的活动,操练过去时态…bought her mother…(小组可在课前分好,并自主搜集资料)Step 2 Presentation学习Part 1。1.动词过去式的学习和复习。以游戏竞赛的形式抢答动词过去式。 (ppt课件展示小朋友爬台阶夺红旗的动画场景,学生每答对一题,小朋友就跳上一级台阶,直到顶端夺下红旗。)eg:buy,bring,talk,is,find…并引导学生表达,如:I bought… for…;Santa brought me…同桌间互相做句子练习。2.学习故事文本(Part One)。T:Maddy also wanted to buy something for Christmas.But he didn't know what to buy.So he went to the shop with Anna.Let's see what happened.Ss:OK!T:Listen to the text carefully.Then answer the following questions.What did Anna buy for her mother?What would Anna like for Christmas?Did Maddy buy anything?教师提出问题,播放课文的第一部分,要求学生带着问题去看课文,并且回答问题。3.学习故事文本(Part Two)。T:After learning Part One,we have know Maddy didn't buy anything for his family.But what does he give for Christmas?Let's watch Part Two.You still have three questions to answer.Guess what the meaning of “afraid” is?What does Maddy give his family at last?Are Maddy's family happy when they see the gift from him?4.Make a survey.以自然组为单位总结一般过去时态的结构特征、意义等,总结一般过去时态的标识词或短语(yesterday,last time…)Step 3 PracticeTransform the sentences into the past tense.(1)I talk to my father._______________________________________________________(2)I buy some fruit for you._______________________________________________________(3)What do you do on the playground?_______________________________________________________(4)I think Santa is afraid of me._______________________________________________________Step 4 Consolidation1.用一般过去时态复述故事。2.试想自己作为Maddy的家人,收到Maddy的贺卡后会对他说些什么?(感恩教育)Step 5 Summing up & Homework1.Summing up.(1)动词过去式变化规则:①规则动词加ed:talked,visited,walked,watched②不规则动词:bringbrought;buybought;iswas;findfound(2)时态例句:tense这节课我的收获是:___________________________________________________________这节课我的不足是:___________________________________________________________2.Homework.(1)Listen and read Part 1.听录音,朗读本课的第一部分。(2)Finish the relevant workbook exercises.完成课堂检测中的相关习题。(3)Retell the story to your partner and make up a new story with your partner.复述本课小故事并结合本课学习内容创编一个新故事并将其表演出来。Unit 4 ChristmasLesson 24 Maddy's Christmasbe afraid of+人称宾格tense
