Homework check.2. Have a conversation to review birthdays and dates. Work in pairs like this:A: When is your grandfather’s/... birthday?B: His/... birthday is on July 12.             Step 2  Leading inGet the class to discuss this question: What holidays do you celebrate in each month? And ask some students to give their answers.Step 3  Presentation  1. Show the class some pictures and teach the holidays the Spring Festival, Children’s Day, National Day, Teachers’ Day, International Day , New Year’s Day and the words festival, national, international by talking about them between teacher and the class. 2. Teach the new words present, usually, during, mountain and climb and get the class to read them aloud by themselves and then repeat the words two or three times after the teacher.
