Teach the new words member, son, daughter, drive, policeman, radio and the phrase talk on the police radio by talking about the family tree. Teacher says: Look at the family tree. These are Mr. Wang’s family members. This is Mr. Wang, and this is Mrs. Wang. They have three children. Wang Hai is their son. He is a policeman. He has a radio. Now, he is talking on the police radio. Wang Ling and Wang Ning are their daughters. Wang Ling is a teacher. Wang Ning is a driver. Now she is driving a car. 2. Get the class to practice reading the new words and phrase aloud.3. Get the class to introduce their own family members like this:  These are my family members. I’m... I’m a student.
