A study shows that the people who are more confident are much happier. Confidence is very important in daily life. Here are some suggestions on how to be more confident.

Speak loudly  When you are not confident, you speak in such a low voice that other people can hardly hear you. Try to speak loudly enough to make people understand you clearly. The high voice can help you become more confident.

Play sports  Play sports makes you tired but relaxed. When you do sports, you will be full of confidence.

Encourage yourself  Give yourself praise for the good things you’ve done. For example, write down a list of things you did during the day and see how many things you have done well. If you finished all the things well, why not buy yourself something you have expected for a long time.
