Teaching aims:
1. Enable Ss to read and write the words well:

Teaching Difficulties: Ss can use “Do you have …?” to ask questions and know the difference between “some” and “any”.

Teaching Procedure:
Step1 Learning to make a fruit
1. T: Today we will learn how to DIY? What is DIY? Let’s look at the pictures.
DIY means do it yourself. What do we make today? (make a fruit salad)
2. To make a fruit salad, first we should learn how to make it and pick some fruit. At last we can make a fruit salad by ourselves.
3. Now let me see what fruit do you know. Let’s have a quick response.
图:a pear, a lemon, a kiwi
图:a watermelon, an apple, an orange
图:a banana, a mango, a pineapple
Do you like bananas/ mangoes/ pineapples?
多读:some grapes, a banana—some bananas, a pineapple—some pineapples, a mango—some mangoes
4. We are talking about fruit. Some people are talking about fruit, too. And they want to make a fruit salad. Let’s go and see, OK?
First, watch the flash and tell me: Who are they? ( Liu Tao, Mike, Yang Ling, Su Hai, Wang Bing, Miss Li)
5. …are making a fruit salad. They have many fruit. What fruit do they have? Let us watch the flash and circle.
(Take out your pencils and let’s read the choices.)
6. Open your books and read Story time. Liu Tao has a pineapple. Mike has… Su Hai has…
(Now you are…, you can say: I have…)

4. Read after the tape.

T: Can you guess the meaning of “our”.

5. Read together.
Step2 Picking fruit
1. You know how to make a fruit salad, we need a lot of fruit. So Miss You will take you to the farm. Let’s go, OK? Look, there’s a magic tree. There are many fruit on it.
a. Which group will be the first one? Let’s see.

b. Which group will be the second one?
T: Close your eyes and sit like this.

You can also get some fruit if you are right. But this time you should ask: Do you have any…?
5. T: Now some of you have fruit, some of you don’t. But don’t worry. You have got another chance. If you can remember what fruit does someone have, you can also get a fruit from me.

Step3 Making a fruit salad
1. You know how to make a fruit salad and we also have many fruit now. Do you want to make a fruit salad?

On your desk, every group has this fruit salad list. You can design a salad as you like. Circle what fruit you want and tell your partner: I have a/an/some…
(2组全都齐,请组长站上讲台拿盘子,其他组成员猜猜他们有什么水果。有的话,组长拿起来,组员一起回答Yes, I do. 没有的话组长就做出没有的手势,组员回答: No, I don’t.)
(2组缺水果:kiwi & lemon 贴好已有的水果,组员一起说:We have… We want… Do you have…?)
2. Today you did a very good job! So Miss You want to give you a nice gift: a very big salad. In this salad, you can put more things as you like, such as: …(拓展单词)
Now, you can say: I want…
3. We learn how to DIY a fruit salad, and DIY makes us happy. We should learn to do more things by ourselves.
