教学目标:
知识与技能:复习动词的被动语态
过程与方法:通过学生归纳总结练习达到知识的运用提高
情态价值观:注重学习方法指导及应用能力的提高。
教学重点:动词的被动语态
教学难点:被动语态实际应用。
教学过程
一、课程导入:
与小学语文课本中变“把”字句为“被”字句做类比
二、知识梳理
英语动词有两种语态:主动语态和被动语态。
1.当我们不知道谁是动作的执行者,
2. 或者只需强调动作的承受者时,要用被动语态。
被动语态结构:be + 过去分词(PP) + (by …)
时态:
1. 一般现在时:am/is/are + pp
2.一般过去时:was (were) + pp
3. 现在完成时:have/has been +pp
4.一般将来时:will (shall) /be going to + be + pp
5.情态动词的被动语态:must (can, have to, may等) + be + pp
三、知识运用
例1 将下列句子改为被动语态。
We clean our classroom every day.
Our classroom is cleaned (by us) every day.
在改写中应注意:
1.把原来的宾语提到前面作被动语态的主语;
2.把动词变成“be + 过去分词”;
3.主动语态中的主语变为介词by的宾语。
4.遵循时态不变的原则
一般现在时的被动语态:
am/is/are + 过去分词
- People play football all over the world.
2. Mr. Green teaches us this term.
Football all overthe world.
We this term.
一般过去时的被动语态:
was/were + 过去分词
3. People built the Great Wall long ago.
4. Two years ago we used the machines
to make shoes for children.
现在完成时的被动语态:
have/has been + 过去分词
5. People have planted many trees since March.
Many trees ____________________ by people since March.
6. Mary hasn’t prepared for the exam yet.
The exam ________________________ by Mary yet.
一般将来时的被动语态:
will / be going to + be + 过去分词
7. We will write a diary next class.
8. Tom is going to hold a birthday party.
情态动词的被动语态:
must/have to/can等 + be + 过去分词
9. You must throw the broken glass away at once.
10. We have to finish our homework on time.
四、知 识 拓 展
思考1:将下列的主动句变为被动语态:
1. We gave him some books.
→He ____________________________.
→Some books_______________________ .
2. My mother buys a present for us.
→A present___________________________.
小 结 1:
带有双宾语(宾语既有人又有物)的被动结构是:
(1)将间接宾语(人)变为主语,直接宾语(物)不变。
(2)将直接宾语(物)变为主语,一般要在间接宾语前加介词to或for.
思 考 2:
1.I usually hear her sing English songs in the morning.
She_______________________________ in the morning.
2. He makes her horse work all day.
Her horse ___________________all day.
3. My father let me go out for a picnic.
I out for a picnic.
小 结 2:
一些特殊结构的被动结构:
(1)感觉动词(hear, see等)改被动语态
(2)使役动词(let, make等)改被动语态
如动词为 make, see, hear, watch 等,后接宾语补足语为不带“to”不定式时,变被动语态时要加上“to” 。如:
I saw him fall off the tree.
→He was seen to fall off the tree.
思考3: 用动词适当形式填空。
- This kind of pen _______(write) very smoothly.
- Mooncakes ________(taste) delicious.
- This book is worth______(read).
- My bike needs _______(repair).
小 结 3:
主动结构表示被动意义:
1. write, read, sell, wash等词作不及物动词时,它们的主语为物,可用主动语态表示被动意义。
2. look, sound, taste, smell等系动词,用主动结构表示被动意义。
3. 在be worth doing 中,doing 表示被动意义。
4. need doing 相当于need to be done.
