1、表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态。2、表示过去经常或 反复发生的动作。

不规则动词(必须牢记）
1、一般在动词原形末尾加– ed lk lked play played2、结尾是 e 的动词加 -- d live lived hpe hped
3、重闭音节的结尾的单词， 先双写这 结尾辅音字母，再加—ed

1、清读 /t/ ，即 ed 放在清辅音后面读 /t/ , 例：finished ， passed ， cked ， helped 2、元浊 /d/ ,即 ed 放在元音，浊辅音后面读 /d/ , 例：brrwed ， enjyed ，called ， mved 3、/t/ /d/ 之后念 /id/ , 即 ed 在 /t/ /d/ 后面读 /id/例：wanted ， shuted ， needed ， cunted
规则动词词-ed的读音
（1）肯定句 ：主语+ was /were +其它例：Lily was at hme yesterday. 莉莉昨天在家。 The children were in the garden this mrning. 孩子们今天早上在花园里。( 2 )否定句 ：主语+ was /were + nt + 其它例：Lily was nt at hme yesterday. 莉莉昨天不在家 The children were nt in the garden this mrning. 孩子们今天早上不在花园里。
(3)一般疑问句 ： Was /Were + 主语 + 其它 ？ 肯定回答： Yes, 主语+ was /were 否定回答： N ,主语+ wasn’t /weren’t 例：Was Lily at hme yesterday ? 莉莉昨天在家吗？ Yes, she was. / N, she wasn’t 是的，她在家。/ 不， 她不在家。 Were the children in the garden this mrning ? 孩子们今天早上在花园里吗？ Yes, they were. / N, they weren’t 是的，他们在花园里。/ 不， 他们不在花园里。
(4)特殊疑问句： 特殊疑问词+ was /were + 主语 + 其它 ? 例：Where was Lily yesterday ? 莉莉昨天在哪儿？ When were the children in the garden ? 孩子们什么时候在花园里？【注】am,is的过去式是was ,are的过去式是were wasn’t = was nt weren’t=were nt
（1）肯定句 ：主语+ 动词过去式 +其它 例：He played ftball yesterday afternn. 他昨天下午踢足球了。(2)否定句 ：主语+ didn’t + 动词原形 + 其它 例： He didn’t play ftball yesterday afternn . 他昨天下午没有踢足球。
(3)一般疑问句 ： Did + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其它 ？ 肯定回答： Yes, 主语+ did. 否定回答： N , 主语+ didn’t 例：Did he play ftball yesterday afternn ? 他昨天下午踢足球了吗？ Yes ,he did . / N, he didn’t. 是的，他踢了。/ 不，她没有踢。
(4)特殊疑问句： 特殊疑问词+ did + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其它 ? 例：What did he d yesterday afternn? 他昨天下午做什么了？ When did he play ftball ? 他什么时候踢了足球？【注】动词过去式没有人称和数的变化
