Step1 Review and check
1.Free talk.教师一边报出一生的电话号码,一边拨打电话,该生就拿起玩具电话机和老师进行对话。
T: 722××××, hello, may I speak to ×××?
S: This is ××× speaking.
T: Hi, ×××, this is Miss Huang, How are you, today?
S: I’m fine, thank you.
Step2 Presentation
1.同桌合作,用纸杯电话玩打电话游戏。运用所学句型,创编表演对话。
S1: 722××××, hello, may I speak to ×××?
S2: This is ××× speaking.
S1: Hi, ×××, this is Miss Huang, How are you, today?
S2: I’m fine, thank you.
Step3 Rhyme time
1.出示图,T:Look, they are talking on the phone. Can you say the rhyme “Doctor Wu”?
2.Enjoy a rhyme.
3.Follow the tape, practice it. 师强调注意韵律节奏,增加趣味性。
Step4 Sound time
1.出示图:T: Look at the picture,are they talking on the phone? NO, they are talking about lunch. Let’s enjoy the chant.
2.Read after the tape.
3.Practice and act.跟随节奏韵律,集体表演,小组挑战,个人秀等,可拍手加快速度,增加趣味性。
4.出示Chant,将hot, dog. box, not, fox用红色标记。T: Can you tell me the sound of letter ’o’? 小组讨论。T: Yes, they all have the sound/כ/.
5.出示更多例词coffee, dog, hot, sock, not,同桌合作,根据发音规律试读单词.
6.小组合作,找出更多例词。T: Can you give me more words with letter “o” pronounced/כ/? Discuss in groups of four. I’ll give you two minute. 引导学生试着找出含有相同音素的单词,让学生进一步体会读音。(师板书的时候注意分类)
7.读一读这出含有字母o的单词,根据o的不同发音将单词进行分类。
8.同桌合作,牛刀小试:读一读,想一想,判断划线部分读音是否相同。

Step5 Homework
1.听录音会读Rhyme time。
