2.通过再构的故事Running chicken,让学生在真实的情景中用Unit1-4中的语言知识点进行交流,以达到对语言进行综合运用的目的。

教学过程:

T: We’ll read a new story today. First, let’s know the learning aims.After this lesson, we’ll try to achieve them. Are you ready?

T: Look! There is an animal school. What animals are there? Guess!

T: Today we will read a story about two animals.
Step2.Presentation
- Read a new story about “Running chicken!”
T: Look! What animals are they?
S: The eagle and the chicken.
T: Do you like eagles?

T: Now let’s read a story about “Running chicken!”
Let students read it.
T:There is no ending here. Does the eagle catch the chicken?

T: It depends on you. You are the chicken now. And you need to create a happy ending by yourselves. But there is an eagle in you. Look at the rules. You should find the eagle and try to run away. Are you ready?
- Play the game: Who is the eagle?
Task1. Find something.
