Assign homework1.Listen to the tape and read Cartoon time.  听录音，有感情地朗读课文。2.Try to know more words about jobs.  上网或查阅字典，收集更多职业类的单词。3.Read the picture book on the Internet of 17zuoye.com  阅读一起作业网上的绘本。  板书设计Unit5 What do you do? What does he/she do?He/She …. 教学反思本节课能够较扎实的引导学生理解好Cartoon time的内容，并进行表演拓展，但存在以下不足：1.在为小故事添加结尾的环节，预习任务检查不到位，学生不知所措，没有达到预期的效果，影响了后续教学。通过学生表演的情况来看，应该是能够给出比较好的答案的，但是在教学过程中，没有给学生足够思考交流的时间，激发学生的想象力，以致学生没能较好表达。2.对Story time,Cartoon time口语教学的启发：孩子如果基础薄弱，可以在课文表演或复述环节中添加小组朗读环节，使学生打好基础，理解文本，朗读流畅生动；平时课堂诵读过程中，要加强对语音语调的指导。3.平时教学中，要尽量减少使用中文，使学生熟悉课堂用语。4.拓展环节不尽人意，要给学生做好充分的示范，平时多引导学生进行综合运用，注意词汇积累。
