    The campus❷ was still quiet when I arrived,s I decided t explre❸ a bit.I was lking at the phts n the nticebard when I heard a vice behind me.“New here?” Turning arund,I saw a white-haired man.“Yes,” I replied.“I’m wndering what life is ging t be like here.” “Dn’t wrry,” he gave me a smile.“Yu’ll sn find ut.”
    Hw true these wrds were!When my English teacher stepped int the classrm,I was surprised t see the same man I had met earlier.
    “Gd mrning,everyne.Befre we start,please cme t the frnt ne by ne and intrduce yurself t the class.I’ll g first...”
    “What?!” I tried t turn n my brain but the engine❹ just wuldn’t start.“I shuld say my name,f curse.But what else?What culd I say t make a gd first impressin?Smething abut my insect cllectin,perhaps.” I was rganising❺ my wrds in my head when the girl next t me gave me a nudge.“It’s yur turn!”
    With butterflies in my stmach,I breathed❻ deeply.“Hi,I’m Meng Ha.” Everyne started laughing.I lked at them in panic.“Nice t knw we share the same name,” said my new teacher.I had been t nervus t pay attentin when he intrduced himself!Althugh I was embarrassed,his wrds made me a lt mre relaxed!
    When we had all intrduced urselves,Mr Meng said,“Well dne,everyne!I knw this isn’t easy fr many f yu.But this is just the kind f thing yu are ging t face at senir high.Challenges like this might smetimes put yu under pressure.But it all depends n what yu d.Keep calm and be prepared.That way,yu’ll make the mst f yur time at senir high.”
