Introduce the topic: Kids’ Check-up DayStep 2 Presentation创设情境,利用学生体检,串联各个板块。Task1. 轮到学生Jack进行眼科检查,学习Sound time。Color blindness test: review some phrases and structures.Vision test: 1> The left eye: Ss look at the vague picture and find things spelled with the letters “ch”. Teach the pronunciation [ tʃ ] of “ch” and the difference between a chair and a bench.2> The right eye: Q&A→ Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.→ Read after the tape. →Ss brainstorm more words.→ Ss try to spell some new words. Ss give Jack advice on how to protect the eyes. Task2. 轮到学生Amy进行牙齿检查,复习Story time中出现的重点结构。Enjoy a video and answer the question: What’s wrong with Amy?
