Guess the missing part of  form.Pay attention to the persons and their dreams.Then play the listening to fill in the form   Listen and complete.Before listening, let students read the text and know the missing parts.Then play the listening to get the key words to fill in the blanks and check their answers.     Show the dialogue. Repeat the script together and learn some words and phrases:glory /be crazy about/professional  Know what they should grasp after learn the options and listen to get the main idea.2.Pay attention to the detail and listen to the dialogue to fill the form.    Read the passage and know what they should get while listening.Grasp the missing words to finish the task.  4.Read the script to check if they get the right information and grasp the key words correctly.训练学生利用已知信息预测听力主旨，培养学生的总结概括能力。运用听前策略，抓关键词，然后听录音，提高学生把握对话内容的细节并记录的能力。学生根据已有的信息，预测和判断空格里面需要填写的词和词性，在听的过程中获取和归纳关键信息完成任务。培养学生语言沟通能力和语言交互能力。对照检查任务，视觉加深印像。巩固重点词汇和短语。   Step 4:Dialogue learning  Listen、read and underline.Listen to the recording. Read the dialogue in pairs ,underline the sentences which are used to express admire and love. Then check the answers.  Language points analysis.Analyze the important words and phrases of the dialogue:look up to,be fans of  Read it to underline the sentences which  are used to express admire and love.2.Understand the important language points and take notes.通过听录音、跟读、结伴练习对话，画出表达崇敬和喜爱的语句。分析重点词汇和表达，使学生掌握有关崇敬和喜爱的语句。夯实重点，为之后的口语输出做准备。     Step 5:Speaking1.Imitate and talk.1)Read the given dialogue model and the two role models to practise dialogue with partners.
