    I always wrked vertime and smetimes even wrked till the midnight. Because f the lng-term staying up, I ften felt sleepy and tired. It seemed that there was nly wrk in my life. I went restless and felt stressed ut.Then I met a friend nline wh wrked efficiently and lived gracefully. She shared sme ways t wrk with high efficiency and shwed her lve fr the wnderful life. I was struck by her attitude twards wrk and life. I made the determinatin t make a change. Instead f staying up, I went t bed n time.
