It's ...2通过Play a game的游戏活动,让学生进一步巩固和运用核心句型。3通过Draw and write的活动,帮助学生培养作能【教学重难点】1词汇or2句型:Is it strawberry juice or watermelon juice?【教学准备】课件、音频【教学过程】Pre-task preparations1把全班分成男女生各一组,快速出示Look and learn中的水果单词卡片,请一组中的学生S1大声念出该单词,再请另一组的学生S2说出能描述该水果的两个形容词。两个学都说对了,每组各得一分;如果说错则不得分,哪个小组得分最高获胜。T: (show the picture of a watermelon)S1: It's a watermelon.S2: It's big and sweet.2个学生给他们最喜欢的一种水果编一谜语,然后请部分学生说一说,其他学生猜猜他们说的是什么水果。S1It's red and small. Smell it. It has a nice smell. Taste it. It's sweet and a little sour. What fruit is it?S2: Is it a strawberry?S1: Yes, it's a strawberry.While-task procedures1出示西瓜汁、葡萄汁等果汁,并把它们分别倒进透明杯子里,一边倒,一边向学生介绍是什么果汁。T: (point to the watermelon juice) This is the juice from a watermelon. What juice is it?S1: It's watermelon juice.依次介绍各种果汁,并带领学生朗读词组watermelon juice, strawberry juice 等。2用录音机播放海浪的声音,在黑板上画一张大海边的图,给学生创设一个炎炎夏日在海边的情景。T: Use your imagination. It's a hot summer day. You are at the beach. The sun is hot. You are hot and thirsty. But, look! I have a lot of fruit juice here. What kind of fruit juice do you want?S1: I'm thirsty. I want some orange juice.S2: I'm thirsty too. I want some grape juice.3播放Listen and say的录音,请学生逐句跟读,模仿录音中的语音语调。然后让学生看图回答问题。T: (point to the glass of orange juice in Picture 1) This is a glass of juice. What color is the juice?Ss: It's orange.T: What is it? Is it grape juice or orange juice?Ss: It's orange juice.把核心句型Is it ...or...? 写在黑板上,让学生朗读数遍。然后拿出几杯果汁,让学生通过看颜色、闻气味、尝味道,分辨果汁的类型并回答问题。T: (point to the grape juice) What's this?S1: It's purple. Is it grape juice?T: Yes, it is. (point to the peach juice) Smell this. How does it smell?S2: It's nice.T: Taste it. Is it strawberry juice or peach juice?S2: It's sweet. It's peach juice.4出示Listen and say的图片,请学生两人一组,扮演课文中的JoePeter分角色表演对话。Post-task activities1出示两种果汁,对其中一样进行描述,请学生猜猜老师说的是哪种果汁。T: (show a glass of pear juice and a glass of grape juice) It's sweet and white. Is it pear juice or grape juice?S1: It's pear juice.然后请学生拿出预先准备好的食物,模仿Play a game中的两个女生和同桌一起玩猜谜游戏。(S1 holds one item and puts his/her hand behind his/her back.)S1: Close your eyes. Smell it. Is it a biscuit or candy?S2: I think it's candy.S1: Now taste it. How does it taste?S2: It's sweet.S1: What is it?S2: It's a biscuit.2让学生做Draw and write的练习。让学生自由画自己喜欢的食物或饮料,也可以把学生分成若干小组,每组选择一类食物或饮料画一画,并根据课本范例写几句话,然后小组内学生互相交流。【板书设计】Unit 2 Going to schoolorIs it ... or...?Is it strawberry juice or watermelon juice?
