Ⅰ. Pre-task preparations
1.让学生出示一些家中长辈的照片,介绍一下自己的祖父母。
S: This is my grandmother. She likes cooking. She goes to the market every day.
2.询问学生与祖父母的生活情况。
T: Do you live with your grandparents?
S1: Yes, I do. /No, I don't.
T: What do you usually do with your grandparents?
S2: I usually go shopping with my grandparents.
Ⅱ. While-task procedures
1.学生带着问题听Listen and say的课文录音,然后通过问答检验学生是否听懂对话。
(1)Who usually plays chess with her grandpa? (Alice usually plays chess with her grandpa.)
(2)Whose grandparents live far away? (Kitty's grandparents live far away from her home.)
(3)Whose grandparents live in the UK? (Peter's grandparents live in the UK.)
2.学生独立阅读课文,然后填空完成有关人物与活动的表格。

把学生分成三组,选择表格中的一个人物扮演这个角色说说自己和祖父母的活动。

4.要求学生在完成上一表格的基础上加入做事情的频率,并在同学间进行对话。

1.学生根据While-task活动3的调查表格造句,完成Think and write的短文。邀请一位学生根据表格对自己与祖父母一起做的事情作总体的描述,其他学生复述。
S1: Hello, I'm Joe. I live with my grandparents. I always watch TV with them. I often chat with them. Sometimes we go shopping together.
S2: This is Joe. He lives with his grandparents. He always watches TV with them. He often chats with them. Sometimes he goes shopping with them.
2.让学生制作一本相册,贴上自己与祖父母的照片,先口述照片内容再写下来。
They are my ... We live/don't live together. (I visit them…) I always/usually/often/sometimes...with them. I love my grandparents. |
